USYS - Dortmund - Day Trip

ProSoc TOURS took its last trip of the year to Dortmund. Our first stop was for the players to have a private training session with two BVB Youth coaches. A highlight for these athletes was to experience training in front of the unbelievable Signal Iduna Park. After training, they continued with a stadium tour to learn fun facts about Borussia Dortmund. This club is undoubtedly one of the most attractive soccer clubs in Germany and the world. During the stadium tour, the players and their families got a sneak peek at places you usually only see on television, like the locker room, coaching bench, and the famous ‘Yellow Wall’, and walked the player tunnel just like American player Giovanni Reyna.

Bilal BVB Youth Coach: „It was a really nice time! We hope the boys and girls could feel the intensity of our club and enjoy their time here in Dortmund with training at our historical facility with the stadium in the background. We are really looking forward to welcoming you again to Dortmund!"

We then headed to the German Football Museum to learn about all the fascinating exhibits, journey into the past, and experience over 140 years of football history. It was a fantastic experience to see how Germany has developed the sports infrastructure for four World Cup titles.

One final highlight before we head home is the famous Dortmund Christmas Market “Weihnachts Markt”. One of the largest and prettiest in all of Germany, not to mention the tallest Christmas tree in the world!
